Selling our property on Ijamsville Rd. was our 10th real estate transaction, so we feel qualified to give our opinion of the Jim Bass Real Estate Group.
It was however, the first time we hired a “team” to list and sell our house. If I had to comment on only one area of our experience with the Jim Bass Real Estate Group, it would be their excellent communication with us and within the team. More importantly, we always had their undivided attention, when we spoke to them. There was always an agent available to show our property or answer any concerns or questions we had. All this was backed up by an incredibly capable and professional office staff.
Our property was unusual and in a more difficult price range than most properties. Although we had some offers, our home was on the market longer than the average home. The Jim Bass Real Estate Group never lost their enthusiasm for our property and stayed the course until we found the perfect buyer.
Every person on the team was professional, trustworthy and very likable. They treated our home like it was their own. They were always direct but sensitive when providing us with feedback and never kept us in the dark after a showing.
We can’t emphasize enough to anyone thinking about selling their home that finding a buyer that is willing and able is the easy part. Having a third party involved to handle the legalities of the contract and to handle multiple offers (which we did receive) is invaluable. We would recommend Jim Bass and his team of professionals to be that third party. We couldn’t be happier with the services they provided.
